Epsom salts is a natural cleanser,  for soothing aches and pains
It can help relieve the symptoms of athletes foot and also softens corns and calluses.

Instructions

• To use as a foot bath add ½ cup to a bowl of warm water and soak for 20 minutes then remove hard skin and calluses with a pumice.
• To be used to treat toenail fungus, just soak toes in hot water with Epsom Salts three times a day.
• To ease the discomfort of gout and reduce inflammation add 2-3 teaspoons to hot water as is comfortable and soak for about 30mins.
